Our devoted board is composed of active or retired members of the Department of Public Safety Honor Guard. They have dedicated themselves to honoring our brothers and sisters who have protected and served our community with their lives.

With a very limited state budget, there is a need to help financially support the members of the DPS Honor Guard and thus the Battle Born Guardians were created. Started in 2021, the Guardians ensure our fallen heroes will be honored and never forgotten.

The mission of the Battle Born Guardians is to honor our fallen officers; Those men and women who paid the ultimate sacrifice while protecting our community from harm. We will never forget those who gave everything.
